Just a reminder to check your mail for your Ohio Board of Nursing Renewal Notice. If you have changed mailing addresses in the past two years and not notified the Board, you may not receive your renewal application. The notice tells you how to submit your application and fee.
You must complete an application on line or request a paper renewal application.
Fee before July 1, 2013 is $65.00
Fees between July 1 and August 31, 2013 is $115.00
After August 31, 2013, you will need to request a reinstatement application from the Board.
You must have an active Ohio RN license to practice Faith Community Nursing in Ohio.
