61,000 Ohioans are set to lose their Medicaid coverage this weekend if they did not renew their eligibility for Medicaid by completing a 14 page packet that was mailed to them. Many packets were not able to be delivered by mail to the people due to change of address etc.What you should do:
If you signed up for Medicaid in January or February 2014, you must go to you local Ohio Job and Family service office and renew your eligibility for Medicaid. You need to complete a 14 page packet of information for renewal of Medicaid coverage.
